2025 Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Schedule is below.
The Tampa Bay Rays' 2025 Spring Training schedule will start their Grapefruit League play on Friday, February 21 against the New York Yankees in Tampa, Florida. The Rays will play a total of 31 games throughout the duration of spring.
Additionally, following its debut last March, Spring Breakout will return in 2025 with games from March 13-16, showcasing baseball’s future stars as clubs assemble their top prospects to play in exhibition games against each other. The top-ranked Tampa Bay Rays prospects will square off against the seventh-ranked Boston Red Sox in Port Charlotte, Florida on March 13.
Tampa Bay will play 14 total home games through the spring in Port Charlotte, Florida at Charlotte Sports Park, with their final matchup against the Philadelphia Phillies on March 24 in Clearwater, Florida.
As a reminder, the Rays will play their 2025 regular-season home games at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.
The home games of the Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Season are played at The Charlotte County Sports Park at 2300 El Jobean Rd, Port Charlotte, FL.
The Park was renovated to the tune of some $28 Million to welcome the team to their new spring home starting in 2009.
So if you attend workouts or games, you'll be among those witnessing a recent rebirth of spring training in Port Charlotte as well as updated new digs for the team.
The facility had been without a team since the Texas Rangers left after the 2002 season.
Below Are Game tickets we were able to source.
The Rays are fortunate in that their spring training facility is located in their home state of Florida. It makes it easy for the local fans to come out to the old ball game during spring training season.
Make your plans to come out and see this year's new comers hoping to make the team along with returning Tampa Bay Rays veterans.
There's nothing like watching spring training exhibition games while being able to work on your tan.
